How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. Go to the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account". Alternatively, you can follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page.

How do I connect my fitness data?

You can connect to external services like Strava or Apple Health from the Connections screen in the app. Simply tap the service you want to connect and follow the authorization prompts.

I forgot my password

If you used an email and password to sign up, you can reset it from the login screen by tapping "Forgot Password". If you used Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, you will need to recover your account through those respective services.
